Cricut sponsored Craft Lake City's November workshop, taught by artist Brady Burrows of Lars Love Letters. Brady taught participants how to make paper out of junk mail, newspapers, and even past issues of SLUG Magazine. The workshop was hosted at The Mandate Press.
I don't know about you, but I'm more than mildly obsessed with letter press, typography, graphic design, handmade paper...all of it. I was in geek heaven at Mandate Press. It was seriously sensory and sensual overload. It's a stunning shop and bonus - gentlemen, there's a barber shop inside just for you. Anyway, crafts. I was there to photograph the workshop adventure and have since designed a recap slideshow.
